What is Lumos's return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like compression socks and water bottles cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy gym gear?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and package weight. Heavy equipment may be subject to additional freight charges which will be calculated at checkout.

To maintain the moisture-wicking properties of your gear, we recommend machine washing in cold water with like colors and air drying. Avoid using fabric softeners or bleach, as these can break down technical fibers.
